Station layouts, ticketing arrangements, QR poster locations, app screens and booking rules may change. We aim to keep guides useful, but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the time of your visit.
Before booking or travelling, confirm important information through the official app, railway notices or authorised station staff. If our guide differs from current official instructions, follow the official instructions.
QR Code References
A station QR code discussed or pictured in a guide should not be assumed to work for every location, journey or time. Availability and use depend on the official booking service and its current requirements.
StationQR does not create or validate official booking QR codes. A screenshot, illustration or third-party image on a website does not establish that a ticket has been booked. Check the official service for a successfully issued ticket before travelling.
Tickets, Payments and Refunds
StationQR does not sell railway tickets, collect fares, manage passenger accounts or process refunds. Booking eligibility, payment processing and ticket validity are governed by the relevant official service.
For a failed payment, incorrect booking or refund request, contact the service through which the transaction was made.
