Diva Station QR Code – RailOne App Booking Guide

Diva Junction sits on Mumbai’s Central suburban corridor, between Mumbra and Kopar on the Thane–Kalyan section. Its junction connections also make it relevant to passengers travelling towards Panvel and Vasai Road. For a local journey starting here, the Diva station qr code provides a station-scanning option for unreserved booking. UTS QR posters at Indian stations are usually near ticket counters or the concourse. Scan the official Diva station QR code poster in RailOne, Indian Railways’ official super app, which replaced standalone UTS services on 1 March 2026. At Mumbai suburban stations the QR stickers are pasted near station entrances and ticket counters.

How to Book a Ticket Using the QR Code at Diva Station

  1. Download and sign in: Install the RailOne app on Android or iOS. Log in with your IRCTC username and password, or register with your mobile number (OTP verification). Existing UTS users should use the same mobile number so their R-Wallet balance carries over automatically.
  2. Reach Diva: Be at or near Diva station and open the RailOne app before boarding your train.
  3. Choose QR booking: On the home screen tap “Unreserved Tickets” (it may appear under the UTS section) and open the QR scan/booking option.
  4. Scan the poster: Scan the official Diva station qr code poster. Check that the booking screen identifies Diva as your originating station.
  5. Select your journey: Choose your destination, such as Thane or Dombivli, then select the available ticket type, class and passenger count. Review these before paying.
  6. Pay and check: Use an available UPI, netbanking or wallet option. Confirm the issued ticket appears inside the RailOne app. Screenshots are not accepted during ticket checks.

Practical tip: Finish booking before heading to Diva’s boarding platform. A QR scan or payment debit alone does not confirm that your ticket has been issued.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Diva Station QR Code

Q. Can I use Diva’s QR booking from home, and is internet required?
Use station QR booking when physically at Diva’s official poster; do not rely on an online poster photograph. Internet is needed to complete booking and payment before boarding.
Q. What should I do if Diva’s QR code does not scan?
Allow camera access, clean the lens and avoid glare on the poster. If scanning still fails, approach Diva’s booking counter and obtain a ticket before travelling.
Q. Can I buy a platform ticket through Diva’s QR code?
Yes. RailOne’s QR booking supports platform tickets — after scanning Diva’s QR, select “platform ticket” as the ticket type, confirm Diva as the station, and pay online. The QR-based platform ticket is saved inside the app.
Q. What happened to UTS and my existing balance?
Standalone UTS services ended on 1 March 2026; Diva passengers now book through RailOne. R-Wallet balances transfer automatically when you register with the same mobile number. Season tickets and other existing bookings stay linked to your account on that number — verify them inside the app after logging in.
Q. Can I book for someone else, and what must passengers show?
Do not send anyone a screenshot: the ticket must be shown live on the booking phone during checks. Since 15 July 2026, unreserved passengers must also carry the original valid photo ID used for booking, such as Aadhaar or Voter ID.
